How to measure your penis

To size penis cylinders measure the circumference (the distance around, or girth) of the erect penis. To do this:

Wrap a piece of string loosely around your ERECT penis around the thickest part of your erect penis to measure, for some this will be the head and for others near the base. If you have E.D. and cannot get an erection, you’re going to have your best guestimate!
Mark where the string crosses itself.
Lay the string next to a ruler to find the exact circumference. (Note – this method is much more accurate than wrapping a tape measure around the penis.) Penis cylinders are sized in inches
Find the measurement most closely corresponding to your penis circumference in the column on the left – your ideal starting cylinder size will be in the corresponding column to the right. (Cylinder Order Size is the tube’s inside diameter.)
VERY important: If you are on the tail end of a diameter recommendation (for example; your circumference is 4.5; I recommend going up a quarter inch in diameter. You want to fit into the thing after all! )
IF you are working on length gains primarily, a tighter fitting cylinder is best to use. One in which you fill the side walls of the cylinder quickly. This allows the tissues to expand vertically rather than horizontally.
To chose the length of your cylinder, just give yourself 2-3 inches of extra space. Example, you are 5.5 inches in erect length, get an 8″ long cylinder. Length of cylinder is not as important as diameter.
Same instructions apply if you are measuring for an Elliptical Cylinder.

In addition to the cylinder order size we need your cylinder length. We suggest ordering a cylinder 2-3 inches longer than your erect length. For example, if you are 6 to 7 inches erect, a 9″ cylinder length would work for you.

In compliance with state health laws penis enlargement cylinders are not returnable, so size them carefully.
