We value your privacy, and make sure all orders are shipped discreetly.
The majority of orders will ship via USPS Ground Advantage in plain brown boxes. Nothing on the box or label will show or say anything about the contents inside. The shipping label is from LBV, LLC so your shipment will be discreet.
All orders are usually shipped within 24-48 hours. We do not ship on Sundays or holidays. As soon as your order ships, a tracking number will be emailed to you.

Store Pickup
CURBSIDE PICKUP HOURS:
7 Days a Week – 10:00am to 5:00pm
Orders can be picked up inside the store after curbside hours.
STORE HOURS:
7 Days a Week – 10:00am to 10:00pm
Please DO NOT come in to pick up your order until you receive the email letting you know your order is ready for pickup.
Curbside & In Store pickup are only available for customers who want to pick up their order at our location in Vista, CA.
Normally, in-store pickup orders are ready for pickup within an hour. Occasionally, it may take longer so please wait for the email letting you know your order is ready to pickup.
We do our best to keep our inventory as accurate as possible, but there are times when our inventory is off. In the case that one or more of your items is out of stock we will call you to let you know and possibly recommend a substitution.
Please bring your picture ID that matches the name on your receipt, when coming to pick up your order.
Curbside Pickup
When you arrive at our store please pull into a parking spot near the front entrance of the store. Then call us at 760-598-5889. Let us know your order number and type of vehicle you’re in, and we will be right out with your order.
