Due to the intimate nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns for most items. While we only carry high quality merchandise from the world’s leading manufacturers of adult products, we do occasionally receive defective merchandise. This is why we make sure to battery test anything that requires batteries, to make sure it is working before you leave the store. If it doesn’t turn on or work properly we immediately dispose of the item and find you a replacement. You have the option to not allow our staff to battery test your toy, but if you take it home and it doesn’t work we can not take it back. Please allow us to do everything in our power to make sure you go home with the perfect item, and in perfect working condition!

All products are battery tested before they are shipped but if an item arrives defective, we will absolutely send you a replacement. Please contact us immediately to be eligible for an exchange of the exact item only.
Contact customer service at (760) 598-5889 or firstname.lastname@example.org to explain why you want to return your product. If your return is approved, we'll give you a Return Authorization (RA) number to write on your package. Your Return Shipment must be shipped or dropped off at our store in Vista, CA within 30 days of the day your order shipped. Some returns may be eligible for prepaid shipping; your Customer Service Representative will give you instructions for obtaining a mailing label.
What items are eligible for return?
Novelties & Lubricants
If the item is unused, and still in it's original packaging with seal still intact, you may return the product to us within 30 days from purchase for merchandise credit less the shipping fee. Shipping charges are not refundable. If your item arrives defective, please let us know immediately, so we can send out a replacement. If you don't let us know within 7 days of your package arriving, we can not send out a replacement.
Most manufacturers have their own product warranties. These warranties range from 30 days up to 5 years depending on the toy and manufacturer. We recommend you to register your products in case of any product failures covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. Here is a link to view all Manufacturer Warranties.
Due to health and safety concerns we are unable to accept any return of opened novelty items. There can be no exceptions.
If the DVD is defective you may return the product to us within 7 days from purchase for replacement with an identical item.
Lingerie & Shoes
Lingerie and shoes can only be exchanged if the item is unworn. All returned items will be inspected prior to issuance of refund/exchange.
What reasons are NOT eligible for return?
- I didn't like the item.
- Items did not arrive in time for your party.
- Dislike the content of the DVD.
- It looked different once it got here.
- Items purchased as a gift and no longer needed.
